I have over 15 years of experience in leadership and professional development, having worked across diverse sectors in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and the United Kingdom. Before founding PACE Leadership, I held various senior leadership roles, including Principal Advisor, School Improvement Advisor, Principal, Deputy Principal, and Leadership Consultant specialising in leadership and organisational growth. I hold a Master of Education (Leadership and Management) and a Professional Certificate in Instructional Leadership.
As an experienced coach and facilitator, I am known for my engaging and dynamic style. I bring a wealth of knowledge and energy to my programs, earning an excellent reputation for developing and delivering impactful training initiatives. My passion for building capacity and thoughtfully supporting clients is evident in my work across both corporate and educational sectors, where I have successfully led leadership development programs and peer coaching initiatives.
